Rates

Couples & Marriage Counseling

• 60-minute session: $200

• 90-minute session: $250

Please note: Many insurance companies do not cover couples therapy—or may only cover a 45-minute session. In my experience, this is rarely enough time for both partners to feel fully heard. For this reason, I set the standard session at a minimum of 60 minutes, with flexibility to extend to 90 minutes as needed.
Paying out-of-pocket (cash or credit) allows us more control over the session length and focus. All fees are tax-deductible as I am licensed by the New York State Education Department. Receipts available upon request.

Individual Therapy

• 50-minute session: $90–$140 (out-of-network or self-pay rate)

  Zoom sessions are available for clients who prefer the convenience, privacy, or safety of remote therapy. These virtual sessions offer the same personalized care as in-person appointments and are HIPAA-compliant

Reduced Fee Services

Reduced fee services may be available based on individual circumstances. Please inquire during your consultation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
