Are you are here because you are not living the life you want and do you desire solutions quickly? You probably want your life to flow more smoothly without protracted periods of depression or anxiety. You want to feel good so you can appreciate life. How close are you to that dream today? I can show you some very effective techniques for achieving a new level of happiness in your life. The secret lies in your emotions. Your emotions are the guide to show you how to feel better and improve every area of your life. They are always available. I'll teach you a simple and logical theory that you can use every moment of your life in any situation. Things will get better before long and life will be under your control. You won't feel helplessly adrift in your own mind. You will finally have a compass and navigate where you want to go and not where your random thoughts take you.
You've tried religion, alcohol, yoga, pot, and maybe even psychotropic drugs, and still your mind keeps going in the same old circles.
How do you stop the cycle of negative thinking? First thing you need is to create a more positive perspective and dismantle the negative ideas that block your vision and make you unhappy. That may require some self awareness of what you are thinking and feeling. That's where an understanding of emotions and the Law of Attraction is useful. Therapy helps that happen.
The trouble begins when we lose touch with what we really want. We are socialized and trained by others who coerce or influence us away from our choices. They direct us towards what they feel is acceptable or normal. Often they mean well. However, they mistakenly believe they know what is good for us. They think their experience should guide us But experience teaches each of us differently.
As children we wanted them to accept us or at least leave us be. They were our parents, teachers, and later, our spouses and friends. We compromised, we adapted, we surrendered . As time progressed we grew doubtful and fearful about our choices. We looked at our jobs or the state of our marriages and we became short-tempered, anxious, depressed or cynical. We became separated from our own true nature. Decisions became fragmented and passion disappeared. Now the pain you are feeling is simply your emotions telling you how much it hurts to lose touch with who you really are. It's time to make a change.
Therapy helps you begin to take your emotions more seriously, and to make your happiness a priority. Emotions will give us direction. Emotions are free and available and like batteries, they are included. When we begin to use our emotions as a guide to action, decisions can be simpler, wiser, and more gratifying. Choices can become clearer.
My therapeutic style is like that of a friendly supportive coach or a personal confidant. My goal in each unique process is to act as a support to aid in one's rediscovery of themselves. I do not advocate trying to achieve somebody else's idea of what is normal or healthy. In these times role models are few and far between. Society is growing so diverse and changing so rapidly that normal is just a relative description of what is the current trend . Humans move too fast to be held down by what is normal. Do't be a victim of someone else's reality . This is the ideal time for you to do it your way!

I don't give out any homework. I won't make you talk to imaginary people in chairs . There is no chanting or incense. I don't have any foam bats so you may need to tell me why you are angry. Expletives are welcomed if it helps you describe your experience more succunctly. We don't have to discuss your childhood if you are angry at your wife or husband. You can sip coffee if it helps you think.
Scheduling and financial issues vary from person to person and I try and accomodate the circumstances and meet the unique needs of each individual .
